Welcome to Stucklapse Task Management (“the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including all features, content, and services provided through it, consistent with terms applicable to internet-based applications available in the public domain. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Overview

Stucklapse Task Management is a productivity and task organization platform designed to help users manage tasks, notes, schedules, reminders, and related workflows across devices and browser sessions.

This application may allow signed-in users to:

  • Create, organize, and manage tasks
  • Maintain notes, reminders, and productivity workflows
  • Sync task data across devices and browser sessions
  • Access saved content from incognito sessions when authenticated
  • Use cloud-backed synchronization and backup features

2. Data Security & Syncing

Your data is securely encrypted during transmission and stored in encrypted form on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Mumbai, India.

This secure syncing infrastructure enables your tasks and related application data to remain available across multiple devices, browsers, and authenticated incognito sessions while maintaining reasonable data protection practices.

While industry-standard safeguards are implemented, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted service availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are below the age required to consent to digital services, you may only use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require authentication or account registration.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the App only for lawful and authorized purposes
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • Provide accurate and updated account information

You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, files, reminders, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”).

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing upon the rights of others.

5.3 Content Processing

The App may securely process and store User Content solely for providing application functionality, synchronization, security, and service improvements.

6. Free and Paid Features

Certain features of the App may currently be available free of charge. Premium or subscription-based plans may be introduced in the future.

6.1 Subscription Plans

If subscription plans become available:

  • Pricing and billing information will be clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Paid features may require an active subscription
  • Features and limits may vary between plans

6.2 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue features or plans at any time.

7. Payments and Billing

If paid plans are introduced:

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers
  • Subscription fees may be non-refundable except where required by law
  • Cancellation may terminate future premium access after the active billing period

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with the App’s infrastructure or services
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful intellectual property using our systems
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the platform without permission

9. Storage and Availability

We aim to maintain reliable availability and secure storage, but uninterrupted access and permanent data preservation cannot be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for maintaining copies or exports of important information when necessary.

Storage limits or feature restrictions may apply based on account type or subscription plan.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including software, branding, interface designs, and service infrastructure (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to UXcue and may not be reused without permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the App is detected.

You may discontinue use of the App at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service functionality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete protection from data loss.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UXcue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or inability to access the service, including loss of data or productivity interruptions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
